Hassle-free Visitor Registration Process

To avoid hassle and save time, host must pre-register the visitor. Matrix COSEC Visitor Management System offers a pre-registration page on the employee self-service where the host can enter visitor details, including name, organization, purpose, date, time, etc. This advanced feature helps the host to create pass before the actual visit of the visitor. When a visitor enters the premises, details such as visitor’s ID proof and material details is registered. At the same time, the visitor’s image will be captured by a camera placed at the entry point. Hence, it enables organizations to manage and enrol planned/unplanned visitors.
