Once upon a time there was a young man working as salesperson had lost an important sale. And it’s an open secret to all that losing a sale is saddest thing to a sales person, hence he was very upset.
With heavy heart he called up his manager, and informed him about the sales loss, the young sales person shrugged, and told his manager, “I guess! It just proves that we as a salesperson can only lead a horse to the water, but we cannot make him drink.”
Listening to this Sales Manager replied calmly to his subordinate, “Champ! Let me give you a piece of advice: your job is not to make a horse to drink. It’s to make him thirsty.”
